explore an Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Two morning interactive workshops to explore key elements of daily lifestyle according to Ayurveda.

The ancient texts are full of advice, tips and insights on starting the day, moving through it and enjoying a restful nights sleep at day’s end. Ayurvedic daily practice or charya is not restrictive but more full of wisdom on feeling well, avoiding and releasing stress and being able to relax. The added advantage is great, skin, teeth, hair, energy and an immunity boost. Ayurveda is treating yourself with loving kindness.

Presented in layman’s language yet anchored firmly in the Ayurvedic Text; Astanga Hrydayam, this course is informative and suitable for a Contemporary Western Lifestyle. Whether you wish to optimise you own life, that of your family or students, this Ayurvedic Lifestyle is applicable for everybody and does not require any previous experience or knowledge of Ayurveda or Sanskrit.

Dates: Saturday September 24th & Saturday October 8th.
